Prairie Resource Group provides the project leadership and customer care while our wide variety of consultants apply their trade, as only they know how. A quarter century in high-level search has introduced us to a considerable number of former corporate executives who now prefer to be self-employed. From this stable of talent we can quickly marshal uniquely qualified resources to address nearly any specialized requirement or assignment. We offer these services on an hourly fee rather than commission basis which allows our clients to “turn us on and turn us off” as the situation requires. You can consider us as on-call resources that you can quickly apply to needs and thereby avoid costly and temporary staff additions. We consider ourselves adjuncts to your human resources, marketing/sales and operations departments, there when you need us but not generating costly overhead in between assignments. As a result we can offer the same level of service usually offered only by major consulting organizations at a fraction of the cost. Moreover, with our low overhead, we can apply an approach that is designed to empower our clients to carry on without us once the assignment in complete. We do not foster dependant clients but rather help create self-sufficient clients.
