Following is a breakdown of the
"Unbundled" search services offered by PRAIRIE RESOURCE GROUP. They can be used independently, as individual modules or
as a continuously flowing process. By utilizing our specialists
for each step within this extremely effective process, your
company can realize tremendous value by letting PRAIRIE RESOURCE
GROUP manage your recruitment project.
A project manager will work closely with you to
develop a plan that works best for your organization. Incremental
information can be provided throughout the process for your
review at each step. This interaction will ensure you receive a
high quality and valuable product.
Position Description and Company Profile
Documentation
To gain a complete understanding of the
assignment and your company, the project manager will work with
you to develop a detailed job description, including
compensation, benefits, career path and any other attraction
factors of your opportunity.
Qualifying Candidate Questionnaire
Your project manager together with the client,
will create a detailed candidate questionnaire
designed
to uncover each candidates applicable experience and reveal
other aspects of their management style and core competencies.
The questions will help us rule out inappropriate prospects,
leaving only the most qualified and interested for presentation
to the client. When requested, we can have the candidate write
their responses and thereby generate a writing sample for your
consideration.
Target Company list
Many of our clients provide us with a
prioritized list of companies from which to recruit. Others rely
upon PRAIRIE RESOURCE GROUP to analyze the industry and determine
where appropriate candidates may be found. Whether you wish to
recruit from within your known competition, want to expand the
search to include a broader industry segment, or simply want to
augment your own target list with a few relevant, nearby
additions, PRAIRIE RESOURCE GROUP can help you put together a totally
current list of target companies.
Name Generation Report
Using the final, prioritized target company
list, PRAIRIE RESOURCE GROUP identifies individuals and their
titles within relevant departments. The list can include
group/department heads, their direct reports all the way down to
individual contributors. This "Name Generation" lets
you choose candidates or job titles you find appropriate,
identify key contacts for networking purposes and omit candidates
your organization recognizes.
Initial Contact
Using the company profile, position description
and candidate questionnaire, PRAIRIE RESOURCE GROUP conducts
personal interviews with those prospects who appear to be best
suited for the position. Through this process we evaluate their
qualifications, motivation factors, personal compatibility and
their level of interest in the opportunity. We then develop
candidate profiles of qualified and interested candidates. The
profile is a detailed report of the candidates employment
history, compensation and responsibilities. It can include our
appraisal of the individuals fit within your companys
culture and any additional information you require.
Candidate Follow-up/Project Management
Once you have an opportunity to review the
candidate profiles, your project manager will work with you to
outline steps for interviewing finalists. PRAIRIE RESOURCE GROUP
can also conduct reference checks to verify the impressions
gained during the interview process. In addition, as outside
consultants, we can the provide the objective perspective often
required to mediate and simplify the negotiation process.
